  • Similar system to model 201A, except that the main filter is one sealed unit filled with the designated filter media
  • Capacity of 25,000 gallons, thus more cost effective and durable
  • Filter media are coconut shell granular activated carbon (GAC) and KDF
  • Coconut shell granular activated carbon removes chlorine, THMs, PCBs and hundreds of other contaminants that may be present in the water
  • KDF removes chlorine and heavy metals, lead, mercury, arsenic etc. KDF also controls the growth of algae, fungi and bacteria
  • KDF is a patented media made of zinc and copper in high purity. KDF causes an electrochemical oxidation / reduction process which neutralizes chlorine, iron, hydrogen sulfide and other contaminants that affect the taste and smell of water. KDF can also prolong the life of GAC up to 500%
  • A pre-filter made of spun polypropylene to be placed in clear housing to remove sediment, silt, rust etc. down to 1 micron (like model 201A)
